The application of MET Card is simple. Just fill in the "MET Card" application form and submit it to any of the service counters, and you will instantly get the MET Card for enjoying exclusive discounts at designated merchants and earning bonus points awarded.

Terms and Conditions of MET Card
      CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT

1. The MET Card ("Card") is issued by ETP (Macau) Ltd. ("ETP") to the applicant (hereinafter known as "Cardholder").
2. Each Cardholder is allowed to apply for one Card only. Upon receipt of the Card, the Cardholder must sign the Card immediately.
3. The Card is not transferable and may be used only by the Cardholder.
4. No monthly statement shall be issued to the Cardholder.
5. When the Cardholder makes purchase together with the Card at the designated merchants ("Merchant") that are joining the Card Program, every MOP1 of purchase made is entitled to 1 bonus point. The earned bonus points can be used to redeem gift items at the designated merchants, and can be redeemed as cash at a rate of 200 bonus points to MOP1 at the designated merchants. All the bonus points are settled based on Macau Patacas.
6. All accumulated bonus points shall expire in 3 years counting from the Card issuing date.
7. Bonus point shall be calculated base on the total transaction amount whereas tips shall not be counted for bonus point.
8. Upon redemption at the Merchant, the required bonus points will be automatically debited from the Card, and no cancellation or alterations can be made.
9. The Cardholder shall abide by the terms and conditions of the individual proprietary bonus point program(s) of the Merchant.
10. ETP is not responsible for the quality of goods and service provided by/redeemed at the Merchant.
11. The loss or theft of the Card must be reported immediately to ETP's 24 hour hotline at (853)3982313. The Cardholder will be responsible for all redemption transactions incurred by the use of the Card by any person before written notice of the loss or theft has been received by ETP.
12. The Card is the property of ETP, and must be returned unconditionally and immediately upon ETP's demand.
13. ETP reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the bonus point program(s) from time to time without prior notice. ETP also reserves its final decision on the bonus point program(s), if there were disputes so arisen.
14. This Cardholder Agreement shall be enforceable in Macau Special Administrative Region.
15. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
